JoAnn’s early life was shaped by extensive travel as a “military brat” and former military spouse. In 2005, she settled in El Paso with her two daughters, where she enjoys staying active at the gym and exploring new destinations. JoAnn holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as Texas Life agent insurance license.
